Once you submit a reservation request, we’ll check availability. If your item is available, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to provide contact and delivery details and pay the first months' rental fee. Once that’s complete, your reservation is confirmed, and we’ll schedule a delivery time that works best for you.
Your child’s safety is our top priority. To ensure every car seat remains safe throughout its rental life, we take several important steps:
We require renters to provide the license plate number(s) of the household vehicle(s) the car seat will be used in. This allows us to verify whether those vehicles have been involved in any accidents during the rental period.
Renters must also agree to notify us immediately if the car seat is involved in any kind of vehicular accident, in any vehicle.
When a car seat is returned, it is physically inspected by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).
If we suspect a seat may have been in an accident that wasn’t disclosed, it will never be rented out again.
Finally, every car seat is re-checked to ensure it meets Transport Canada’s safety standards before being made available to rent again.
If a seat cannot meet those standards for any reason, it is permanently removed from our inventory.
Your baby’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. All rental items are cleaned and inspected for damage twice: once upon return before going into storage, and again right before delivery to the next client.
All cleaning products are all-natural, scent-free, hypoallergenic, and safe for sensitive baby skin.
Yes. Every item we rent meets or exceeds the current standards set by the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA). We track all manufacturer recalls and remove any affected products immediately.
If there’s a recall, we’ll contact you right away. We’ll arrange pickup of the recalled item at your earliest convenience and provide you with a safe replacement at no extra cost.
We ask that you request your item at least 2 weeks before the desired start date of your rental term. However, we recommend submitting the request for your items as early as possible.
We recommend reserving your items for at least two weeks before your due date to ensure you have everything you need for when baby arrives.
We understand these things happen. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to get your items delivered as soon as possible.
We know life with babies can get messy. Normal wear and tear is included in your rental fee. For more significant damage, an additional fee for repair/replacement may be required.
Yes, we deliver everything directly to you. We’ll also make sure any items that require setup are ready to use.
Absolutely. You can add items or extend your rental period at any time, subject to availability.
We offer free deliver within HRM, East Hants, and Truro areas.
We don’t have a public showroom, but we provide photos, descriptions, and details for every product. If you have any specific questions, please send us an email, we’re happy to help.
You can cancel your reservation up to one month before your scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Cancellations made between one month and two weeks before delivery will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before delivery will forfeit the deposit.
